From Ordinary to WOW – Our Latest Bespoke Airbnb Project
When it comes to short term rentals, standing out is everything. With so many options available, guests aren’t just looking for a place to stay they want an experience. So, when our client approached us for a full makeover of their twonbedroom apartment, the brief was simple: create the WOW factor.
Starting with a Vision
Every project starts with a conversation. Our client had a stunning south-facing apartment overlooking Dubai Harbour and the beach so we knew we had to enhance that bright, airy feel while making the space stylish, functional, and durable for Airbnb guests.
Transforming the Space
To bring this vision to life, we completely reworked the apartment, starting with new flooring to create a fresh foundation. But the real star? A custom built wood cladded feature wall with elegant shelving, designed to cover an unsightly power box while adding a luxurious design element. It’s those small details that make all the difference!
We also designed a bespoke TV wall with sleek moulding, adding depth and character to the living space. The goal was to strike the perfect balance between modern elegance and long lasting functionality.

That’s why we always custom build our furniture, ensuring it can handle the wear and tear of frequent guests while still feeling high end and inviting. Every piece was carefully selected and designed to fit the space perfectly, blending seamlessly with the apartment’s fresh, contemporary aesthetic.

Since the apartment was already blessed with stunning natural light, we leaned into this by keeping the color palette light, modern, and airy.
