2. Select your Furniture Package: Studio, 1-bed, 2-bed depending on your home size. All items included in the package are displayed on the page under “Items included in package.” , please also see the notes on each package explaining the details
3. Add your Optional Item: Decoration packages, Curtains, Full Turn-Key service, etc. Once you add the Furniture Package to your cart, you can head over to the Additional Item page. You can add additional items if desired.We offer not Bly additional upholstered items but those additional items you need for your home to make it complete.
4. Receive your Furniture: Free delivery & basic assembly within 7 - 28 business days.depending on package size, If you opted for the Full Turn Key service, all that is required from you is access to your property so that your home will be ready to move in
Will I receive the actual product in the imagery ?
Yes , the product you receive will be the same as the images and remember our expert designers have curated the product to ensure it all matches and will look incredible in your home .
Please note we do our best to ensure that the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in materials, there may be slight differences between what you see online and the actual product. Rest assured, all furniture pieces within your chosen style will match perfectly, and we only use high quality materials as described. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help!
As part of our service we are able to change some upholstered products to your desired color , please contact us direct so we can further assist you in creating your vision.we can also advise you on color schemes ,

I have placed an order, is there anything else I need to do?
1. Payment: If you have chosen Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) or PayPal as payment option, please ensure that the transfer of the funds have been initiated. Your order will only be made , booked and a delivery slot assigned once the payment of the outstanding amount has been credited on our bank account.
2. Delivery date confirmation: Once the order is placed and the payment has been received from our end, our operations team will contact you via email with the earliest available slot assigned for your delivery.
3. Move in permit: Remember to request a move in permit from your building management. Almost all buildings in the UAE require a move in permit to allow the use of service lifts, access to delivery parking lots and allow delivery and installation of furniture.
Kindly ensure that a move in permit has been issued and full access to the property is granted. If the access is denied on the day of the delivery a 500 AED rescheduling fee applies.
4. Form Submission: We ask all of our clients to fill in a short form just to ensure we get things just right ,these questions are designed to ensure that all areas are covered in preparation of receiving your furniture and chosen accessories , don’t worry though we will be in contact to remind you to do so .
What is the difference between the packages (e.g., Studio vs. 1-Bedroom)?
Our packages are pre curated by our interior design experts to perfectly fit your home size. We offer studio, one bedroom, two bedroom packages. The difference of the packages is the number of furniture items included. For example, the two bedroom package includes an additional armchair , on top it has an additional fully furnished bedroom, etc. please ensure you review the details of your package at the selection stage.
Once you select the required home size all items included in the package and confirmed ,We will also contact you directly to confirm your choice.
Please consider the size when you make your purchase , for example Basic Package 2 which is a small compact sofa and chair will not look correct in a large living space .
Do I need to choose each furniture piece by myself?
No. Each furniture package is pre curated and designed to provide a specific style (e.g., Contemporary ,Opulent,Summer and Basic). Our interior design experts have already carefully designed the furniture pieces that allow to create the specific style and ambiance. You only need to choose your preferred style and select the home size.

Can I mix and match the furniture items from different Styles?
Yes. While we do not recommend mixing different items from different styles, we can assist you if that is your desire. All you need to do is to contact our team with your request (e.g., change Chair from Contemporary 1 with Sofa from Opulent 3). They will inform you about the potential price difference.
Kindly keep in mind that while people often believe they have a great taste, when furnishing their own home, the opposite is the truth. Research shows that professional design experts can create homes that are considered more beautiful not only by outsiders but also the people who would have chosen different furniture for their home in the first place.

• Curtains: We would ask you send us over the measurement of the windows initially so we can better prepare, We then offer a free measurement and proposal. Our team will take the measurement for the curtains exactly and provide you a pricing accordingly.
• Full turn-key service: You do not have the time & energy to manage the entire hassle & stress, we can take the hassle & stress away from you.
Our turnkey service provides a hassle free, fully managed furniture solution from start to finish. We handle everything including design consultation, sourcing, delivery, assembly, and final setup so your space is move in or guest ready with zero effort on your part. If accessories are ordered, we also unpack and place them to ensure every detail is perfectly styled. Whether it’s a short term rental or your own home, we guarantee a seamless experience, delivering a beautifully finished space without the stress.

Do you have a showroom? Can I see the furniture before purchasing?
As a pure eCommerce furniture company, Altura does not operate showrooms. You can find detailed pictures of our furniture online on our website and social media accounts. Thanks to our direct-to-customer approach, which eliminates the traditional showroom furniture retailers, Altura is able to offer beautiful and long-lasting furniture very affordable. However this is something we are working on.

Do you offer used furniture?
No. All items are new and handmade from the factory.
We do not offer used furniture since used furniture almost always has stains, smells, damages and quality issues (irrespective of attention and care from pre owner). The refurbishment costs of used furniture are 70-80% of the initial cost. As such, there is no viable business model for us. If you would like to get used furniture, we would recommend to check the 2nd hand market.

We manufacture our own designed, crafted and curated furniture packages and also work with a strong network of partners.Our partners are known for their high quality home furniture and are also manufacture furniture for 5-star hotels as well as renowned Developers in the UAE.

What’s your return policy?
For Furniture Packages purchased on Altura : Kindly note that for our very affordable Furniture Packages there is no return policy. However we would ask you to inspect all furniture at the point of delivery and inform our expert delivery and installation team of any damage , All furniture goes through a rigorous quality check prior to dispatch.
What if an item is damaged or defective?
If an item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for an exchange of the item. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo of the original item to be exchanged.

Is the delivery included in the package?
Dubai and Sharjah: Free delivery of the furniture is included in every package.
Other Emirates: For deliveries in the other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain) please get in contact with us,
Is the assembly included in the package?
Basic assembly is included in all our packages which means that furniture will come assembled and set up, with all packaging removed from your home . if you have selected additional items like rugs , curtains or dining furniture etc this will also be unpacked with the basic set up , however the position of your newly crafted furniture will be down to you ,
Our Operations team will contact you regarding placement of your Bed and Bedroom vanity unit , We will ask you to decide exactly where you would like these to be positioned as normally these 2 items of furniture are required to be fixed to a wall to ensure the products integrity and your safety ,We would also ask that that you check the wall you wish the bed and vanity unit will be secured to is not gypsum and is a solid wall to ensure it will take the weight , however don’t worry if it is not solid ,we will simply add some legs to the vanity unit to ensure its safe and still look amazing ,We can guide you in identifying what wall type you have or simply speak to your building administrators.
However, if you do not have the time & energy to manage the entire move-in hassle & stress you can opt for our Full Turn-Key service so we take the hassle & stress away from you. We get the keys of the unit (or access to unit), receive the delivery on your behalf, unpack each single item, assemble the furniture, place and prepare the accessories (e.g., bedsheet, towels), set up the whole apartment and clean out all the boxes. Your home will be fully ready to move-in. Please contact us regarding this service ,
Once I purchase a package when do I receive my furniture?
Within 7 - 28 business days after a successful order and payment. Once you have successfully placed the order and payment (in case of Direct Bank Transfer, funds being debited on our account), our operations team will contact you via email with the earliest available slot assigned for your delivery.
Our team will be in contact with you to discuss what is the best time for you. We will arrange the delivery of your furniture to your convenience.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
If you need to reschedule your delivery, just contact our customer support to find a new date, the following conditions apply
• No charges if you reschedule more than 48 hours before delivery date
• 500 AED if you reschedule less than 48 hours before delivery date
How fast can I get my furniture?
Upon successfully placing the order and payment (in case of Direct Bank Transfer, funds being debited on our account), our operations team will contact you via email with the earliest available slot assigned for your delivery however this will depend on the package and package size. You can also get in touch with us prior via the contact us form for the expected lead time before you buy .

Your home will be fully ready to move in.
